Stephanie Sappington (9-26-12) service 10-2-12

Stephanie Renee Sappington, 28, of Adamsville, died Wednesday, Sept. 26, in Jackson, Tenn.

She was born in Peoria, Ill., the daughter of Paul Louis Smith and Patricia Ruth Passwater Terry. She was united in marriage to Bradley Sappington, who survives.

Stephanie was a CNA for Park Rest Nursing Home. She also had worked for Savannah Healthcare and Tri-County Nursing Home.

Services were held on Tuesday, Oct. 2, at Shackelford Chapel in Adamsville with Thomas Davis officiating. Burial followed in the Mt. Vinson Cemetery at Stantonville, Tenn.

In addition to her husband Bradley of Adamsville, she is survived by two children, Breanna Sappington and Caleb Smith; her mother, Patricia Terry of Adamsville, her father, Paul Smith of Iowa and her step-father, Kenny Terry of Crump; two sisters, Patricia Plunk of Adamsville and Christina Smith of Illinois; three brothers, David Burnley of Savannah, Rodney Smith of Missouri and Paul Smith of Illinois.
