Roy Tucker Roy Tucker, 89, of Michie, died Tuesday, Dec. 6, in Selmer. He was born in Hardin County, the son of the late Charlie and Mary Polk Tucker. He was united in marriage to Wanda Carroll who survives. Mr. Tucker served in the United States Army during World War II. He was a farmer by trade. A graveside service was held on Friday, Dec. 9, at the Liberty Cemetery in Michie. He is survived by his wife Wanda Tucker of Michie; a daughter, Jeanine Glisson; two sons, Larry and Randall Tucker. He was also preceded in death by a son, Jimmy Tucker.
