Wilbern Hudson Lawrence Wilbern Hudson, 82, of Savannah, died Friday, Nov. 18. He was the son of the late Ras W. and Delia Gray Huson. He was united in marriage to Doris Smith, who survives. Mr. Hudson was a retired weight inspector for the State of Tennessee Department of Transportation. He was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church in Savannah, and was also a 32 degree Mason. Services were held Monday, Nov. 21, at Trinity United Methodist Church with Jason Estes, Lawrence L. Smith and Frank Smith officiating. In addition to his wife, Doris Smith Hudson of Savannah, he is survived by one sister, Onita Hudson Rich of Savannah; and one grandchild. He was also preceded in death by a son, John Wilbern Hudson; and a brother, Floyd Hudson.
