Mary Anderson Mary Susie Anderson, 88, of Savannah, died Thursday, Oct. 27, at the Hardin Medical Center Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Hardin County, the daughter of the late Jim and Maggie Worley Tidweld. She was united in marriage to Lee Anderson, who preceded her in death. Mrs. Anderson was a homemaker. She also worked for Holly Walker Worm Farm. Services were held on Sunday, Oct. 29, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with John Robinson and Steve Nelson officiating. Burial followed in the Graham Cemetery at Hardin County. She is survived by three daughters, Frankie Cherry of Savannah, Barbara Butler of Crump and Linda Rossman of Savannah; 14 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren; one sister, Hester Petty of Savannah; one brother, John Henery Tidweld of Savannah. She was also preceded in death by one son, James Duke; two daughters, Ruth White and Betty Couch; two grandchildren.
