Teddy Smith Teddy Smith, 56, of Bethel Springs, died Saturday, Aug. 27, at his residence. He was the son of the late Timmy Charles Smith and Louise Ingle Smith Maxedon. Mr. Smith was a construction superintendent. Services were held Monday, Aug. 29, at Shackelford Funeral Directors, Selmer. He is survived by two daughters, Michele Griesbach of Arlington, Texas and Brittney Howard of Bethel Springs; one son, Brandon Stewart of Jackson, Tenn.; one grandchild; two sisters, Caryn Wood of Savannah and Toni Huggins of Selmer. At the time of his death he was engaged to Tammy Stewart. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Terry Smith.
