Virginia Terry (8-14-11) services 8-16-11

Virginia Terry, 77, of Shiloh, died Sunday, Aug. 14, at the Regional Hospital in Jackson, Tenn.

She was born in Hardin County, the daughter of the late John Allen and Mary Magdalene Hindman Parson. She was united in marriage to Ocie Terry, who preceded her in death.

Mrs. Terry was a homemaker. She was a member of Childers Hill Pentecostal Church.

Services were held on Tuesday, Aug. 16, at Childers Hill Pentecostal Church in Counce with Hulon Terry, Pat Terry, Rex McGee officiating. Burial followed in the Cromwell South Shiloh Cemetery at Counce.

She is survived by two daughters, Vickie Hunt of Adamsville and Regina Henson of Shiloh; three sons, Richard of Sweet Lips, Tenn., Hulon of Shiloh and Pat Terry of Adamsville; 18 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Maudie Milligan of Counce; and one brother, Roy Parson of Counce.

She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Mary Mason; two sisters, Dora Jane Parson and Reba Alexander; and four brothers, Herbert, Hobert, Arbie and James Parson.
