Jerry Gammill

Jerry Lynn Gammill, 59, of Savannah, died Tuesday, June 7.

He was born in Savannah, the son of Bonnie Daniels Sherrill and the late William Samuel Gammill.

Services were held on Friday, June 10, at New Life United Pentecostal Church in Savannah with Gerald Davis officiating. Burial followed in the Memory Gardens at Savannah.

In addition to his mother, Bonnie Sherrill of Savannah, he is survived by two daughters, Misti Stricklin of Florence, Ala., and Kassi Gammill of Atlanta, Ga.; a son, Kenny Gammill of Marlton, N.J.; six grandchildren; two sisters, Judy Gray of Savannah and Jonell Walker of Burnsville, Miss.; four brothers, Jackie and Phillip Gammill, both of Savannah, Johnny and Gary Gammill, both of Pickwick Dam; and step-mother, Betty Moore of Pickwick Dam.

He was preceded in death by his step-father, Franklin Moore.
