Bob Curtis Bonee Sr.

Bob Curtis Bonee Sr., 80, of Savannah, died Sunday, June 12.

He was born in Hardin County, the son of the late Jess Morgan and Cora Lena Brown Bonee. He was united in marriage to Rev. Judith Kay Hicks Bonee, who preceded him in death.

Mr. Bonee was a self-employed carpenter.

Services were held on Wednesday, June 15, at Church of The Redeemed in Adamsville with Danny Hicks officiating. Burial followed in the Crossroads Cemetery at Hardin County.

He is survived by a son, Curtis Bonee of Savannah; three daughters, Shirley Lovelace of Iuka, Miss., Sandra Belue of Savannah and Sharon Wilson, also of Iuka, Miss.; 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Lois Turner and Maudi Bonee, both of Savannah.

He was also preceded in death by a grandchild.
