Carolyn Ruth

Carolyn Ann Ruth, 71, of Saltillo, died Sunday, May 15.

She was born in Hardin County, the daughter of the late Cornnie and Velva Crawford Hanna.

Ms. Ruth was a CNA for Country Home Health in Sardis.

Services were held on Wednesday, May 18, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah, with Jimmy Wallace officiating. Burial followed in the Lebanon Cemetery at Saltillo.

She is survived by a daughter, Shelia Ruth Carter of Milledgeville; two sons, Anthony R. Ruth of Saltillo and Dana Lynn Ruth of Morris Chapel; four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Carter Hanna; and a great-grandchild.
