Carolyn Qualls, 64, of Savannah, died Saturday, May 7.
She was born in Hardin County, the daughter of the late Bill and Zubie Austin Tidwell. She was united in marriage to James Qualls of Savannah, who survives.
Mrs. Qualls was a member of Faith Pointe Church, where she was a Sunday school teacher. She had worked for River Heights Manufacturing for four years.
Services were held on Monday, May 9, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Rob Yanok officiating. Burial was in the Memory Gardens at Savannah.
In addition to her husband James, she is survived by a daughter, Gina Michelle Watkins of Savannah; two sons, Timothy Allen Qualls, James Dennis Qualls, both of Savannah; five grandchildren; three sisters, Patsy Ann Choate of Savannah, Hazel Marie Wilkins of Adamsville and Peggy Austin of Savannah; a brother, Pete Tidwell of Savannah.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Billy Junior and Jimmy Neal Tidwell.
