Maude Rich (4-11-11) services 4-13-11

Maude Rich, 92, of Savannah, died Monday, April 11.

She was born in Hardin County, the daughter of the late Oscar Bennett Solomon and Clara Gray Solomon Holloway. She was united in marriage to James Duel Rich, who preceded her in death.

Mrs. Rich was a member of River Heights Foursquare Church in Crump.

Services were held on Wednesday, April 13, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Bobby Pickens, Tony Polk officiating. Burial was in the Neill Cemetery at Savannah.

She is survived by two daughters, Evelyn Faye Channell of Covington, Tenn., Linda Dee Estrada of Savannah; a son, Larry Paul Rich of Savannah; seven grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by three sisters, Blanche Solomon, Zelma Rich and Elease Beckham; a brother, Oscar Claude Solomon; a grandson, a great-grandson.
