Frank Willingham

Frank "Buddy" Willingham was born Nov. 13, 1938, in Memphis, the son of the late B.B. and Dorothy Hargrove Willingham.

He was united in marriage to Mable Fox on Sept. 14, 1958.

Mr. Willingham worked for Hons Manufacturing and was a member of the Rhodesville Freewill Baptist Church.

Mr. Willingham departed this life on Thursday, April 7, in Savannah, at the age of 72 years, 4 months, 25 days.

He is survived by his wife Mable Fox Willingham of Savannah; a daughter, Liz Phillips and husband Roger of Florence, Ala.; a brother, Robert Willingham of Kingsman, Ariz.; a sister, Patricia Hagemyer of Denver, Colo.; two grandchildren, Crystal Peden and husband Justin and Rocky Phillips.

Services were held on Saturday, April 9, at 3 p.m., at Walnut Grove Freewill Baptist Church in Savannah with Carl Copeland, Carlos Hughes, David Skipworth, Keaton Franks officiating. Burial was in the Hollands Creek Cemetery at Hardin County.

Serving as pall bearers were Kenneth Brown, Ray Brown, Gary Brown, Ray Benson, Ray Ward. Honorary Pall Bearers were Walnut Grove First Responders.
