Wanda L. Franks, 61, of Savannah, died Saturday, Feb. 19, in Savannah.
She was born in Florence, Ala., the daughter of the late Robert Loyl and Monedith Tilley Copeland.
Ms. Franks was a homemaker. She also had worked for Brown Shoe Company and Dollar General Store. She was a member of Living Word Fellowship. She was a volunteer for the Humane Society.
Services were held on Sunday, Feb. 20, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Ronnie Sanders officiating. Burial was in the Neill Cemetery at Savannah.
She is survived by one son, Danny E. Franks of Savannah; and one daughter, Jennifer D. Bickings of Savannah; two grandchildren; one sister, Cathy D. Brown of Savannah; and one brother, Jimmy E. Copeland of Savannah.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Wayne Copeland.
