Louise Edge (2-21-11) services 2-23-11

Louise Edge, 82, of Iuka, Miss., died Monday, Feb. 21, at Magnolia Regional Health Center, Corinth, Miss.

She was the daughter of the late Andrew and Ethel Heathcock. She was united in marriage to J.C. Edge, who preceded her in death.

Mrs. Edge was a member of Poplar Springs Freewill Baptist Church. She enjoyed sewing, crafts and playing board games with friends. She also enjoyed fishing and walking.

Services were held Wednesday, Feb. 23, at 1 p.m., at Poplar Springs Freewill Baptist Church with Malcolm Garrett officiating. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery. Arrangements by Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka, Miss.

She is survived by one son, Scotty Edge and wife Brenda of Counce; four grandchildren, Andy Edge and wife Debbie of Counce, Monnie DeBerry and husband Keith of Savannah, Cher Harrison and husband Jay of Counce, and Kelly Edge and wife Kim of Counce; nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

She was also preceded in death by a sister, Velma Crowe; and a brother, Elton Heathcock.
