Sam Thomas Jr. Sam H. Thomas Jr., 56, of Adamsville, died Friday, Feb. 11, in Savannah. He was the son of Beebe Ware of Bryan, Texas and the late Sam H. Thomas Sr. Memorial services will be held today, Thursday, Feb. 17, at 2 p.m., at New Hope Fellowship Church in Adamsville with Bill McCall officiating. Visitation from noon until service time at the church. Shackelford Funeral Directors of Selmer in charge of arrangements. He is survived by a daughter, Amanda Thomas of San Diego, Calif.; a son, Joshua S. Thomas of San Diego, Calif.; his mother, Beebe Ware of Bryan, Texas; two sisters, Julie Stapp, Marcie Cutler of Bryan, Texas; four brothers, Guy of Bryan, Texas, Marc of Katy, Texas, Todd and Wesley Thomas, both of Bryan, Texas; and grandchildren. He was also survived by a fiancée, Shyrl Smith of Adamsville.
