Junita Ross (2-12-11) services 2-15-11

Junita Ross, 87, of Sardis, died Saturday, Feb. 12, in Lexington, Tenn.

She was born in Henderson County, Tenn., the daughter of the late Houston and Dora Anglin Creasy. She was united in marriage to Harold Ross, who preceded her in death.

Mrs. Ross was a seamstress, and had worked for H.I.S. Sportswear in Saltillo for 25 plus years. She was a member of Sardis Church of Christ and Sardis Senior Citizens.

Services were held on Tuesday, Feb. 15, at Sardis Church of Christ in Sardis, Tenn, with Donald Rhodes officiating. Burial was in the Sardis Cemetery.

She is survived by one daughter, Janice Craig of Sardis; two sons, Gene of Middleton, Tenn. and Joe Ross of Sardis; six grandchildren, four step-grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, three step-great-grandchildren; one sister, Dorothy McBride of Jackson, Tenn.

She was also preceded in death by one sister, Avis Scott; and one brother, Manuel Creasy.
