Floyd Presley Floyd E. Presley, 65, of Michie, died Tuesday, Jan. 18, at Maplewood Health Care, Jackson, Tenn. He was the son of the late Ancil Lee and Mamie Helen Presley. Mr. Presley worked for the General Electric business/industry for 25 years. He had also operated a cafe and billiard parlor, and was an overseer for rental property. He was a member of the Lebanon United Methodist Church. He was a former member of the Selmer Moose Lodge and the National Rifle Association. Services were held Thursday, Jan. 20, at Shackelford Funeral Directors of Acton with Steve Webb officiating. Burial was in Lebanon Cemetery, Michie. Arrangements by Shackelford Funeral Directors of Selmer. He is survived by a sister, Jayne E. Wharton of Sterrett, Ala.; and a brother, Joe Presley of Ramer. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, James A. and Ray N. Presley.
