Billy Dan Hollins Billy Dan Hollins, 68, of Counce, died Sunday, Jan. 23. He was born in Mississippi, the son of the late Dee Floyd and Stella Mabel McCain Hollins. Mr. Hollins was a self-employed professional painter. He was a member of the Childers Hill Pentecostal Church. Services were held on Wednesday, Jan. 26, at Childers Hill Pentecostal Church in Counce with Rev. Patrick Terry and Rex McGee officiating. Burial was in the Emannuels Tabernacle Cemetery at Counce. He is survived by two daughters, Rhonda Jane Cummings and Jimmie Darlene Henson, both of Savannah; a son, Jacky Dan Hollins of Savannah; a stepdaughter, Rita Lassetter of Fort Worth, Texas; a stepson, Terry Scott of Fort Worth, Texas; a sister, Janie Mae Gurley of Selmer; two brothers, Charles Estes of Counce and Bobby Ray Hollins of Savannah; nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Chris Hollins; and sister, Shirley Ann Harville.
