Betty Buckbee Betty Buckbee, 88, of Savannah, died Sunday, Nov. 21. She was born in Argonne, Wis., the daughter of the late Joseph and Emma Martwick DuFour. She was united in marriage to Harold Buckbee, who preceded her in death. Mrs. Buckbee was a resident of Elkhart, Ind. for 52 years and Hardin County for 13 years. A graveside service will be held on Friday, Nov. 26, at the Rice Cemetery in Elkhart, Ind. She is survived by a daughter, Beverly Tidwell of Savannah; four grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild. She was also preceded in death by a son, Ronnie Buckbee; five brothers, Don, Al, Duke, Ted, and Doug DuFour; and a sister, Joyce Jesse.
