Billy Tidwell Billy Junior Tidwell, 80, of Decatur, Ala., died Friday, Oct. 22, at Cullman Health Care in Cullman, Ala. He was born in Savannah, son of the late Bill and Zubie Tidwell. Services were held Tuesday, Oct. 26, at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Jonathan Tidwell and Bobby King officiating. Burial was in Roselawn Cemetery. He is survived by one son, Billy C. Tidwell of Cullman, Ala.; one brother, Pete Tidwell of Savannah; four sisters, Annie Choate, Carolyn Qualls and Peggy Austin, all of Savannah and Marie Wilkson of Adamsville; two grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Tidwell; one brother, Neal Tidwell; and a grandson.
