Rickey Bowling

Rickey Wayne Bowling passed away at his home in Barton, Ala., on Friday, July 23.

Rick was born on July 14, 1952, in Cerro Gordo to Woodrow and Maxine (Stanfield) Bowling. Preceding Rick in death are his parents, brother Terry W. Bowling and daughter, Shyla Bowling.

Surviving Rick are his two brothers, Warren (Georgenia) Bowling of Junction City, Kan. and Eric (Tracey) Bowling of Acworth, Ga. Also surviving are five nieces and nephews who adored their Uncle Rick, and his faithful loving dog for the past 15 years, Roscoe.

Rick will be remembered for his wonderful laugh and willingness to help anyone in need.

Gathering of family and friends to remember Rick will be Saturday, July 31, at 11 a.m., at the Bowling family gravesite at New Harmony Cemetery.
