Tony Beal services 6-7-10

Antonio Thomas "Tony" Beal, age 65, of Savannah, formerly of Brentwood, Tenn. Tony passed away with his family present and holding the hand of his wife of 45 years. He faced the end with courage and never lost the sense of humor that so defined his life.

He was raised in the coal mountains of Harlan County, Ky. and moved to Nashville in 1962.

Preceded in death by parents, Clyde and Virignia Polis Beal; brothers, Bud and Charles Beal.

Survived by: wife, Janie Beal, Savannah; son and daughter-in-law, Judge Robbie and Heather Beal; grandson, Antonio Russell Beal all of Franklin, Tenn.; mother-in-law, Priestly Dodson, Savannah.

Memorial services were conducted 1 p.m., Monday, June 7, at Owens Chapel Church of Christ, 1005 Franklin Rd. Brentwood, Tenn.
