Tinnie E. Bryant, 87, of Hardin County, died Tuesday, April 27, in Adamsville.

She was born in Hardin County, the daughter of the late Harrison and Effie Linville Wilkerson. She was united in marriage to Hurshel Bryant, who preceded her in death.

Mrs. Bryant was a pocket setter for 35 years at Angelica. She was a member of the Shady Grove Freewill Baptist Church.

Services were held on Friday, April 30, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Keith Smith officiating. Burial was in the Jowers Cemetery at Hardin County.

She is survived by three daughters, Edna Atkins of Portland, Tenn., Susie Carroll of Adamsville, Janey McElroy of Johnson City, Tenn.; two sons, Jack Bryant of Adamsville and Danny Bryant of Linden, Texas; 13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and one step-grandchild.

She was also preceded in death by infant twins in 1941; a sister, Pearl Fowler; two brothers, Will and Harold Wilkerson.
