Brad Sweat, 62, of Adamsville, died Wednesday, April 7.
He was born in Selmer, the son of Annie Imogene Carroll Sweat and the late Raymond Sweat.
Mr. Sweat was a salesman for B&R Supply. He also had worked for Duran Supply and Noland Supply. He was a member of First Christian Church in Adamsville.
Services were held on Friday, April 9, at Shackelford Chapel in Adamsville with Randy Carroll officiating. Burial was in the Adamsville Cemetery.
He is survived by one son, Stacy Sweat of Adamsville; and four daughters, Misty Wamble, Danielle Sweat and Ginger Dobbs, all of Adamsville, and Misty Hardin of Savannah; seven grandchildren; his mother, Imogene Sweat of Adamsville; one sister, Patti Thomas of Jackson, Tenn. and one brother, Mike Sweat of Memphis.
He was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Hattie and Elsie Sweat, Edgar Earl Carroll and Myrtle Smith Carroll.
