Nancy Spencer (2-26-10) services 3-1-10

Nancy Spencer, 81, of Adamsville, died Friday, Feb. 26, in Adamsville.

She was born in Hardin County, the daughter of the late Everett and Daisy Counce Webb. She was united in marriage to Bobby Spencer, who survives.

Mrs. Spencer was a homemaker and farmed with her parents as a child. She was of non-denominational religious belief.

Services were held on Monday, March 1, at Shackelford Chapel in Adamsvill with Dr. Richard L. Konichek, Skeet Jackson officiating. Burial was in the Cromwell South Shiloh Cemetery at Adamsville.

In addition to her husband Bobby Spencer of Adamsville, she is survived by three sons, Frank of Adamsville, Roger of Marion, Ark. and Ricky Parker of Selmer; three sisters, Daisy "Babe" Vanderford of Mississippi, Louise Millender of Savannah, June Hunter of Jackson, Miss.; a brother, Charles Everett "John" Webb of Savannah; and eight grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by a son, Tommy Lynn Parker; and three brothers.
