Willis Mulder

Willis Earl Mulder, 76, of Stantonville, died Tuesday, Jan. 26.

He was born in McNairy County, the son of the late Willie T. and Nora Sweat Mulder. He was united in marriage to Florence Marie Durham, who preceded him in death. He later married Ella V. Mulder, who also preceded him in death.

Mr. Mulder was a former employee of the Tennessee Department of Transportation and was a member of the Stantonville Church of Christ.

Services were held Friday, Jan. 29, at Shackelford Funeral Director of Selmer with Larry Redmon officiating. Burial was in West Shiloh Cemetery.

He is survived by two sons, Dennis Mulder of Cookeville and Bobby Mulder of Stantonville; a daughter, Sandra Cromwell of Savannah; two step-sons, Bobby Bishop of Adamsville and George Bishop of Morris Chapel; a step-daughter, Diane Pendley of Adamsville; seven grandchildren, seven step-grandchildren; eight step-great-grandchildren; two brothers, Gib Mulder of Selmer and Gene Mulder of Michie.

He was also preceded in death by a son, Phillip Mulder; two sisters, Aline Michael and Evelyn Michael; and a brother, Carl Mulder.
