Timothy Hart Timothy Patrick Hart, 51, of Savannah, died Thursday, Jan. 28. He was born in Oakland, Calif., the son of Luconda Constance White Hart and the late Thomas Leo Hart Jr. Mr. Hart was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Savannah. No services were held. In addition to his mother, Luconda Hart, he is survived by a daughter, Tiffany Formosa of California; a sister, Pamela V. Joyner of Savannah; three brothers, Thomas L. Hart of Alabama, Kevin M. Hart of Monterey, Calif., and Christopher B. Hart of Albuquerque, N.M.
