Arch Talley (1-03-10) services 1-07-10

Arch Talley, 80, of Adamsville, died Sunday, Jan. 3, at his residence.

He was born in Hardin County, the son of the late Ander and Annis Hunt Talley. He was united in marriage to Ruie Sue Bachuss.

Mr. Talley was a commercial fisherman and a member of Southside Baptist Church in Savannah.

Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, Jan. 7, at 2 p.m., at Southside Baptist Church in Savannah.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Joanie Weirich of Savannah and Lesa Smith of Adamsville; four sons, Ander and Tommy Talley, both of Adamsville, Stevie of Collinwood, Dewayne Talley of Savannah; a sister, Mollie Pilkinton of Savannah; 18 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, seven great-great-grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Rebecca Sue Talley; a son, Arch Talley Jr.; several brothers and sisters.
