Patricia Ann Welch, 64, of Huntingdon, Tenn., died Monday, Nov. 15, at Huntingdon Health and Rehab.

She was born in Hardin County to the late Joe and Clara Holder Welch.

Graveside services were held on Wednesday Nov. 17, at the Wesley’s Chapel Cemetery, Savannah, with arrangements by Medina Funeral Home. Online register book at www.MedinaFuneralHome.com.

Patricia is survived by children, Teresa Howard, Renee Weaver, Laurie Lankford; sister, Nancy Stricklin; five grandchildren, one great-grandson.
