Lillie Ruth Hosea Franks, 86, of Savannah, died Monday, Sept. 27, in Savannah.

She was born in Hardin County, the daughter of the late William Alfred and Lillie Hosea. She was united in marriage to Boyd Franks, who preceded his wife in death.

Mrs. Franks was a homemaker.

A graveside service was held on Thursday, Sept. 30, at the Graham Cemetery in Hardin County with Benny Taylor officiating.

She is survived by cousins.

She was also preceded in death by one sister, Pauline Hosea.
