Betty G. Harmon, 79, of Savannah, died Friday, April 2, in Savannah.

She was born in Hardin County, the daughter of the late Dan and Tennie Tacker Borden. She was united in marriage to Ray Harmon, who preceded her in death.

Mrs. Harmon was a seamstress for Clifton Manufacturing Company and had worked for D. J. Hughes Store in Savannah. She was a member of Savannah Church of Christ.

Services were held on Monday, April 5, at Savannah Church of Christ in Savannah with David Baker officiating.

She is survived by two sons, Ron and Lonnie Harmon, both of Savannah; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; one sister, Dannie Gail McNutt of Dalton, Ga.
