Travis White (4-22-09) services 4-26-09

Travis White, 60, of Savannah, died Wednesday, April 22. He was born in Hardin County, the son of Hershel White and the late Norma White. He was united in marriage to Pamela Rose Benson, who survives. Mr. White was a United States Army veteran serving in the Vietnam War. He had worked as a carpenter building houses and as a parts attendant at TVA. Memorial services were held on Sunday, April 26, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah, with Hugh Gresham, Steven Childers officiating. In addition to his wife Pamela, he is survived by a son, Robert Wade White of Savannah; a sister, Jeanna Ford of Savannah; three brothers, Randy, Ronnie, Jerry White, all of Savannah, and nieces and nephews.
