Theada Harris (8-17-09) services 8-19-09

Theada E. Harris, 82, of Hardin County, died Monday, Aug. 17. She was born in Hardin County, the daughter of the late Demus Wesley and Myrtle Clyde Scott Hale. She was united in marriage to Hubert V. Harris, who preceded her in death. Mrs. Harris had worked for Harwood Manufacturing for 11 years, Farber Brothers for 10 years, and Parris Manufacturing on the assembly line for six years. She was a member of the Crump United Methodist Church. Services were held on Wednesday, Aug. 19, at Shackelford Chapel in Adamsville, with Billy Allegood and Mary Foote officiating. Burial was in the Adamsville Cemetery at Adamsville. She is survived by a son, Danny Harris of Adamsville; a grandson; a great-grandson, Cody Harris. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Lura Hale Young.
