Mary Ellon Terry, 76, of Gas City, Ind., died Wednesday, Sept. 16, at Miller’s Merry Manor.  Mary Ellon was born in Clifton, daughter of the late Russell and Eddie Marie Lineberry Wheat. She was united in marriage to Wilburn Terry who survives. She worked at RCA and was a homemaker. She and her husband wintered at Sportsman Cove Campground in McIntosh, Fla. every winter since 1985. Services were held on Monday, Sept. 21, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, Storey Chapel, Gas City, Ind., with Rev. Mick Simpkins officiating. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery, Gas City. In addition to her husband, Wilburn, she is survived by daughters, Vickie Willmann, Misti Beal, Susie Hoke; sister, Dola Holt of Waynesboro; brother, James Wheat of Clifton; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by brother, Lee Roy; sisters, Willie May Nutt and Carrie Faye Owens.
