Larry Douglas Taylor, 67, of Madison, Ala., formerly of Savannah, died Monday, June 15. He was born in Florence, Ala., son of the late Emma Jean Phillips of Savannah, and the late Hardin Taylor of Harvest, Ala. He was united in marriage to Charlotte Taylor, who survives. Mr. Taylor was a Navy veteran. He was retired from Shelby Contracting, Huntsville, Ala. Services were held Friday, June 19, at Berryhill Funeral Chapel, Huntsville, Ala. Burial was in Huntsville. In addition to his wife, Charlotte of Madison, Ala., he is survived by two sons, Jerry and Jeffrey Taylor; one grandson, one granddaughter; one sister, Patsy Griggs; two nieces and one nephew.
