June Burgess (5-10-09) services 5-13-09

June Burgess, 64, of Savannah, died Sunday, May 10. She was born in Gunnersville, Ala., the daughter of the late Richard Carter and Edith Earlene Harville Sandusky. She was united in marriage to Bobby Ray Burgess, who survives. Mrs. Burgess was a cashier for Lowe’s. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church and the Seventh- day Adventist Church. Services were held on May 13, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Jerry Milliken officiating. Burial was in the Lutts Cemetery. In addition to her husband, Bobby Ray of Savannah, she is survived by one sister, Teresa Lynn Morris of Savannah; and one brother, Freddy Gene Sandusky of Morris Chapel. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Gilford Earl and Kenneth Allen Sandusky.
