Jason Stricklin (7-14-09) services 7-17-09

Jason William Stricklin, 29, of Counce, died Tuesday, July 14, in Counce. He was born in Wayne County, the son of Charles Noel Stricklin and Elizabeth Jane Grant. Jason attended Freedom Church on the Rock. Services were held on Friday, July 17, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Larry Paul Rich officiating. Burial was in the Big Ivy Cemetery at Hardin County. He is survived by his father, Charles N. Stricklin of Savannah, his mother, Elizabeth Jane Grant of Tyronza, Ark. and his step-mother, Pauline Hinton Stricklin of Savannah; two step-sisters, Victoria Culberth of Splendora, Texas and Marline Kemp of Dover, Fla.; two step-brothers, Scott Magness of Savannah and Wayne Magness of Conroe, Texas. Jason was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charlie Stricklin, Jessie Stricklin Hughes, Alton Grant and Mildred Grant.
