James Hill (10-3-09) services 10-6-09

James Hill, 31, of Saltillo, died Saturday, Oct. 3. He was born in Lexington, Tenn., the son of Dale Anthony and Deborah Melton Hill. Mr. Hill had worked for Dollar General Store in Adamsville and was of the Assembly of God belief. Services were held on Tuesday, Oct. 6, at Christ Temple Assembly of God in Saltillo with Larry Rich officiating. Burial was in the Shady Grove Cemetery at Saltillo. He is survived by his parents, Dale and Deborah Hill; two sisters, Crystal Carroll of Saltillo and Stephanie Price of Michie; one brother, Tommy Day of Saltillo; his grandmother, Edna Bishop of Saltillo. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Elmer and Maybelle Melton and James William Hill.
