Elizabeth White-Hill, 38, of Memphis, died Tuesday, May 19. She was born in Jackson, Tenn., daughter of Dennis Eugene and Janie Louise Lassiter Smith. She was of the Pentecostal belief. A graveside service was held on Friday, May 22, at the Mount Hermon Cemetery in Hardin County with Rev. Gerald Davis officiating. She leaves her husband, Frankie Hill of Munford, Tenn.; one son of Daryl Wayne White II of Memphis; two daughters, Josie Nichole and Jessica Renea Bass, both of Memphis; her parents, Dennis Eugene and Janie Louise Lassiter Smith of Memphis; two sisters, Jennifer Rinks of Savannah and Teresa Harris of Oklahoma City, Okla.; a half brother, Theodore Jielk of Wisconsin; her grandmother, Mattie Elizabeth Smith of Savannah. She was preceded in death by a brother, Douglas Smith.
