Dwayne Durham (9-3-09) services 9-6-09

Dwayne Durham, 54, of Savannah, died Thursday, Sept. 3, at the Hardin Medical Center. He was born in Hardin County, the son of Pearlie Lamar Durham and the late Luther Durham. He was united in marriage to Kimberly Vejvoda, who survives. Mr. Durham was a lift truck operator for Diago in Plainsville, Ill. He was a United States Marines Veteran. He attended Church of Christ. Services were held on Sunday, Sept. 6, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Gilbert Gough officiating. Burial was in the Mt. Zion Cemetery at Hardin County. In addition to his wife, Kimberly of Juliet, Ill., he is survived by one son, Jason Durham of Clifton; his mother, Pearlie Durham of Savannah; three grandchildren; two sisters, Judy Rainey of Sevierville, Tenn., and Donna Jerrolds of Savannah; 3 brothers, Donnie of Savannah, John L. of Counce and Dennis Durham of Savannah.
