Charles Eric Phillips, 53, of Memphis, died Thursday, June 25, in Memphis. Services were held on Sunday, June 28, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Howard Rogers officiating. Burial was in the Lebanon Cemetery at Saltillo. Mr. Phillips is survived by his mother, Rhoda Green Phillips of Savannah.
