Bo Collum (9-22-09) services 9-26-09

Glen "Bo" Collum, 69, of Counce, died Tuesday, Sept. 22, at Hardin Medical Center. He was born in Hardin County, the son of the late Doss and Flaudy Borden Collum. He was united in marriage to Henrietta Nolen, who survives. Mr. Collum was self-employed in construction. He was a member of a CB Club. Services were held on Saturday, Sept. 26, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Paul Childers officiating. Burial was in the Hollands Creek Cemetery at Hardin County. In addition to his wife, Henrietta of Counce, he is survived by three daughters, Lisa Murphy, Vickie Veo, Glenda Sylvester, all of Savannah, and one step-daughter, Terri Estes of Counce; three sons, Glen Collum Jr. and Ron Collum, both of Savannah, and Darryl Collum of Counce; nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; one brother, Earl Collum of Michie. He was also preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers.
