Beverly Smith (5-5-09) services 5-7-09

Beverly Ann Jerome Smith, 56, of Savannah, died Tuesday, May 5. She was born in Turlock , Calif., the daughter of the late George and Anna Mae Pinental Jerome. She was united in marriage to Kenneth Dale Perry who preceded her in death. Later on she was united in marriage to Thomas Smith who also preceded her in death. Mrs. Smith was a CNA for Mark Twain Convalescent Home in San Andreas, Calif. Services were held on Thursday, May 7, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Ricky Garrard officiating. Burial was in the Mount Hermon Cemetery. She is survived by a son, Kenneth George Perry of San Andreas, Caif.; and a daughter, Brandie Ann Boulware also of San Andreas, Calif.; one brother, Gary George Jerome of Turlock, Calif.; seven grandchildren; one step-daughter, Dawn Umphrey of Savannah. At the time of her death she was engaged to Danny Umphrey of Savannah.
