Betty J. Hoffman (4-7-09) services 4-10-09

Betty J. Hoffman, 62, of Longview, Texas, went to be with her savior on Tuesday, April 7. Born in Tennessee and loved by her family and friends, Betty worked over 30 years at Good Shepherd Hospital. Survivors include her husband, Jon Hoffman; children: Jon and Kristie Hoffman, Debbie and Lyle Potter, Judy Hoffman, and Donna and Derek Harrelson; 12 grandchildren: Bryan Hoffman, Jessica Potter, Ana Torres, Tyler Torres, T.J. Hoffman, Trey Potter, Heather Hoffman, Mikayla Hoffman, Keely Hoffman, Brandon Hoffman, Brycen Hoffman and Breann Hoffman. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Shepard and Sarah Shepard Hernandez; siblings, Linda Shepard Cleary, James Shepard, Marie Shepard and David Shepard; granddaughter, Karissa Hoffman. Funeral services were held Friday, April 10, at 2 p.m., at Grubbs-Loyd Chapel in Diana, Texas.
