Audrey Robbins (10-9-09) services 10-13-09

Audrey Templeton Robbins, 79, of Savannah, died Friday, Oct. 9. She was born in Morris Chapel, the daughter of the late Asberry M. Hutchens and Verta Mason Lindsey. Mrs. Robbins had worked at H.I.S. garment factory in Saltillo. Services were held on Tuesday, Oct. 13, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah. Burial was in the Russell’s Chapel Cemetery at Hardin County. She is survived by two daughters, Brenda Bennett of Savannah, Cherry Smith of Adamsville; three sisters, Beulah Frances Brashier of Morris Chapel, Faye Spears and Dot Green, both of Crump; seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Fred Templeton; her second husband, Jim Jackson Robbins; a son, Fred Wayne Templeton.
