Wayne Conner

Gary Wayne Conner, age 39, of Selmer died Wednesday, Feb. 25, at the McNairy Regional Hospital. He was born in Lincoln County, Tenn. and was the son of Dolly Faye Hollins Conner and the late William E. J. Conner. He had lived in Savannah for 25 years and Selmer for 11 years. Services were held on Saturday, Feb. 28 at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with David Lee officiating. Burial was in New Harmony Cemetery. He is survived by his mother, Dolly Faye Hollins Conner of Selmer, two sisters, Brenda Conner of Bolivar, Tenn. and Pam Brown of Savannah; one brother, Keith Conner of Selmer; and his grandmother, Willie Hollins of Fayetteville, Tenn. Other than his father he was preceded in death by one brother, Donnie Conner.
