Stanley Singleton

Stanley O. Singleton, 53, of Hardin County, died Monday, Jan. 5. He was born in Hardin County, the son of the late Lelan Lewis and Mary Lou Adams Singleton. Mr. Singleton wound generators at Leroy Somer in Lexington, Tenn. Services were held on Thursday, Jan. 8, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Lawrence L. Smith officiating. Burial was in the Shady Grove Cemetery at Saltillo. Mr. Singleton is survived by two stepsons: Gregory Steven Scott and William Randy Suitor, both of Sardis, Tenn.; a sister: Barbara Joyce Bingham of Saltillo; two brothers: Larry Lee Singleton of Savannah and Timothy Joel Singleton of Beech Bluff, Tenn. He was also preceded in death by a son: Robert Lewis Singleton.
