Jennifer Lei Michael

Jennifer Lei Michael, 34, of Clearfield, Utah, formerly of Hardin County, died Thursday, Jan. 29, at the University of Utah Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was born at Fort Meade, Md. She served honorably in the United States Air Force from January 1993 to December 1994. She is survived by her parents, Lt.Col. Stephen A. Michael (USAF Ret.) of Jurbise, Belgium and Nuit Nanudorn of Catonsville, Md. and her stepmother, Kim Perino Michael of Jurbise, Belgium; her sister Jackie Hamilton of Catonsville, Md.; her brother, John Patrick Stewart of Baltimore, Md. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Henry and Kathleen Michael, her maternal grandmother Norm Thomeeboon. Arrangements are under the direction of Shackelford Funeral Home, Savannah. Visitation will be on Saturday, Feb. 7, from noon until 1 p.m. Graveside services will follow at Memory Gardens of Hardin County at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers and at Jennifer’s personal request, the family would prefer memorial donations in Jennifer’s name be sent to The Huntsman Cancer Institute in acknowledgement of their compassionate care of Jennifer during her illness.
