Mary Tilley

Mary Tilley, 65, of Savannah, died Wednesday, Dec. 10. She was born in Lauderdale County, Ala., the daughter of the late William Wesley and Mary Maggie Dailey Lard. She was united in marriage to Larry V. Tilley, who survives. Mrs. Tilley worked in dietary at Savannah Health Care Center. She was a member of Mt. Olive Church. Services were held Friday, Dec. 12, at Shackelford Chapel in Savannah with Vance Hutton officiating. Burial was in the Mt. Olive Cemetery at Lauderdale County, Ala. In addition to her husband, Larry of Savannah, she is survived by two brothers, Charles and Hollis Lard, both of Waterloo, Ala. She was also preceded in death by one son, Larry Michael Tilley; two sisters, Pauline Stults and Lucille Highland; and five brothers, Ollie, Milford, Ruben, John D. and Howard Lard.
