Senate votes to place hunting amendment on ballot
The Tennessee Senate has voted to place a constitutional amendment guaranteeing the right to hunt and fish on the ballot in November.The Senate unanimously voted for the resolution sponsored by Democratic Sen. Doug Jackson of Dickson.
At least two-thirds of House members must vote for the measure in order for the amendment to be put before the voters.
